Teacher Carlos Javier Vega, an ICT teacher of Satit Bilingual School of Rangsit University who is very adept in e-learning has been invited by Navamintrachutis Horwang Nonthaburi School to be the keynote speaker on the topic “ E-learning material development” on August 21st. Apart from lecture given by Mr. Vega, participants had opportunities to develop their own e-learning material through workshops.

“As we are in the world of high competition, information is, therefore, the key to success in both education and career. So we need to keep pace with the fast changing world to be the leaders of tomorrow” voiced Mr. Vega about modern education utilizing ICT as an enabling technology.
